WATER-COOLED THREE-PHASE MOTORS
They offer high power density in a compact design. Compared to air-cooled drives, water-cooled BIRKENBEUL motors provide a powerful alternative with space savings of up to three frame sizes. Available in mounting types B3, B5 and B35; also as a combined drive with a planetary gearbox, delivering up to 400 kW at 2,450 rpm.
OFFSHORE & CRANE DRIVES
Key features of BIRKENBEUL hoisting and travel motors include a high protection rating (IP56), coating of all exposed metal parts, the use of stainless steel materials, larger terminal boxes, and high-strength cast components. The motors are fully suitable for offshore applications.
VIBRATING MOTORS
Highly vibration-resistant cast and bearing components are characteristic of these drives, making them ideal for applications such as concrete vibrators and similar equipment.
LOW-PROFILE MOTORS
Thanks to their aluminium extrusion profile, they enable extremely low-profile installation.
